We are pleased to welcome everyone back.
We continue to work hard to ensure our pupils and staff are safe.
Hygiene continues to be an important part of the school day with regular hand washing and cleaning of classrooms throughout the school day.
We continue to be vigilant to see if there are anyone displaying signs of illness.
School life is different but I am sure the children will settle in well. Please bear with us as we make some changes in the first few weeks as we see how systems are.
During the school day, year groups will form as bubbles and remain isolated from other bubbles. The school are taking advice from Public Health England and also from The Local Authority. This includes all guidelines and risk Assessments.
Please inform us if your child is displaying any signs or symptoms. These include:
- A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back.
- A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- A loss or change in sense of taste and smell.
